Our Wall Wrestling class is designed to develop the skills needed to wrestling effectively against the cage in MMA.

The class is performed at a controlled, lower intensity allowing you to develop the fundamentals of striking including punches, kicks, combinations, defence, movement and distance management while working safely with a partner.

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Gi fundamental classes follow a structured 16 week continuous curriculum designed to build the essential defensive skills every Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner needs. We highly recommend this class to anyone starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The programme focuses on escaping bad positions, preventing and recovering from guard passes and defending and escaping the highest probability submissions you are likely to encounter.
Perfect for complete beginners starting their BJJ journey, as well as more experienced students looking to strengthen their fundamentals. You can join the 16-week curriculum at any point.

Our MMA class brings together striking, wrestling and grappling in a high-intensity training environment.
Sessions consist predominantly of different types of positional and situational sparring, alongside MMA sparring, allowing students to develop their ability to combine striking, takedowns, ground control and submissions under realistic conditions.
This is not a beginner class. Due to the intensity and sparring-based nature of the sessions, previous experience in grappling/BJJ, wrestling and striking is required before attending. If you are new to martial arts, we recommend building your fundamentals up first through our BJJ/No-Gi, wrestling and kickboxing classes before progressing into MMA where these skills can all then be put together.
